These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Orange Send platform ("Service"), operated by Orange Digital LLC ("we", "our"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.
To use Orange Send, you must be at least 18 years old and a registered business or authorized representative of one. Sole proprietors are permitted under applicable registration types.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your communications comply with applicable laws and carrier regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and 10DLC requirements.
You are solely responsible for obtaining and documenting valid opt-in consent from all recipients before sending marketing or transactional messages. Orange Send is not liable for non-compliant use of the platform.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering a brand or campaign. You may not impersonate another business or falsify your identity.
Use of Orange Send may require the purchase of credits and payment of fees for brand/campaign registration and phone number rental. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if your use results in spam complaints, regulatory violations, or abuse.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Orange Send is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including lost profits, lost data, or reputational harm.
